We aim to represent every piece as accurately and honestly as possible. That said, the nature of minerals and handmade items means some variation and uncertainty is unavoidable. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Identification & Origin
We make our best effort to correctly identify each mineral and, when applicable, its origin or locality. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Mineral identification can vary even among experts, and sourcing information is sometimes based on supplier representations.
Shape & Craftsmanship
When we describe an item as a “sphere,” “tower,” “point,” or any other shape, this is a general classification. We do not guarantee perfect geometry.
Many items may be slightly irregular, asymmetrical, or naturally imperfect, which is part of their character.
Natural Variations
Each piece is unique. Variations in color, pattern, banding, inclusions, and texture are expected and should not be considered defects.
Natural materials do not look identical from piece to piece.
Fragility & Flaking
Some minerals naturally have flaky, brittle, or delicate structures. Minor flaking, dust, or small fragments may occur during handling or shipping.
This is normal for certain materials and does not indicate damage or defect.
Dimensions & Weight
All measurements, including height, width, and weight, are approximate.
Slight variations should be expected due to the nature of hand-measured and irregular items.
Color Representation
We do our best to photograph items accurately, but colors may appear differently depending on lighting, camera settings, and your screen or device.
We do not guarantee that colors will appear exactly the same in person as they do online.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Damage Claims
If an item arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the condition of the item upon arrival.
Without this, we cannot verify that damage occurred during transit.
Claims made after a significant amount of time following delivery are difficult to validate, and we may not be able to honor them.
General Use & Handling
Many minerals are delicate and should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to handling, cleaning methods, or environmental exposure.
